Vendor FAQs

Before applying, learn a little more about the JXN Flea.

What is the date/time of the JXN Flea?

Saturday, November 30

10:00am – 5:00pm

Vendors can begin setting up as early as 8:00am.

Where is the Flea located?

We are in the process of locating out indoor venue for the November Flea. The tentative location for the flea market is:
Fahrenheit Creative Group Parking Lot
620 N. State Street
Jackson, MS 39202

What about parking?

There will be street parking for the event along North Street. Parking is allowed on both sides of the street. There is also an open air parking lot across the street from the Flea location.

 

There will be no permanent parking on-site, although vendors will be allowed to load in before the event starts.

I want to be a vendor, how do I apply?

We are still accepting vendors for the Flea. For consideration for the JXN Flea, your application must be received by November 27. Continue to read the below FAQs for further information about the application process.

Booth Size and Pricing

JXN Flea Booth Pricing

10′ x 10′ | $50
20′ x 10′ | $100

Food vendors, such as concessions, ice cream vendors, snacks, samples, etc. may purchase any booth size.

Application submission and Notification Dates

The application to become a vendor at the JXN Flea is now live and will be accessible until November 28.

Vendors will be accepted and notified on a rolling basis. The JXN Flea jury will review applications as they are received and notify accepted vendors as soon as possible.

Community Rules + Regulations

In the effort to continue to make the Flea a safe and fun place for our community, we require that all vendors adhere to our Community Rules + Regulations. We recommend that you review the policies prior to application to help you determine if you’re the right fit for us.

The Community Rules will be posted to the site shortly.

Refunds/Cancellations

The booth spot fee is non-refundable except as otherwise provided herein.

In case of intense inclement weather, The JXN Flea will refund all vendors. Vendors will be notified 24-36 hours in advance if the event will be cancelled due to weather. Vendors will have the option to move their vendor fees to a makeup day, or receive a full refund.

Our team is securing accommodations for vendors as they sign on to the event. It is for this reason we cannot provide refunds if a vendor cannot attend the event. Their vendor fees can be transferred to future markets.

Does the venue have Wifi?

We are not yet sure if the Fahrenheit Creative Group venue will have wifi accessible outside.

If your business accepts payment with a wireless device, we advise you setup offline payments or bring a wireless hotspot for your needs.

Will You Provide Change for Cash?

The JXN Flea will have a limited amount of change available for the beverage stand they will be operating. Where possible, we will break bills and help provide change for purchases but we cannot guarantee we will have ample change.

It is advised that you secure change from your financial institution ahead of the Flea.
